Understanding leadership styles and qualities, with a review of your own leadership qualities and potential.

Solving   problems and making decisions

Unit: 8600-300

Guided learning hours: 9
Learn how to describe a problem, its nature, scope and impact; know how to gather and interpret information to solve a problem; evaluate options to make a decision; plan, monitor and review the implementation and communication of decisions.


Please note: the duration of the award is 18 hours, including an enrolment morning and two days tutorial.
