Course Overview

This course provides delegates with the opportunity to think about and recognise their preferred communication style such as a Lion, a Dolphin, an Elephant or a Monkey - and how this can be adapted when communicating with others who may have different preferred communication styles.

By using tools and techniques, delegates are able to think about the perceptions they are creating while communicating face-to-face, by telephone or by email and how they may be filtering information they are receiving.
