First Aid - Level 3 Award in Emergency First Aid at Work

Venue: Broomfield Hall
Hours: 6.00
Cost (£): 100.00

Course Overview

Validated by Highfield Awarding Body of Compliance (HABC), an OFQUAL regulated awarding organisation, this qualification is essential for any candidate who wishes to become an appointed person for first aid, to gain a basic knowledge of first aid, and to learn what to do in the event of an emergency.

Since 1st October 2013, the Health and Safety Executive (HSE) no longer approves any first aid provider.  HSE guidance to employers with regards to first aid training indicates that an OFQUAL-regulated qualification will provide the employer with ready-made assurance that first aid courses meet the requirements set by the HSE.
